Ginger Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl

After a long day and you simply do not want to cook, try this recipe with leftover roasted chicken and whatever vegetables you have in the refrigerator.


1 cup cooked rice

1/3 cup shredded carrots

1/3 cup sliced green peppers (any color peppers - red, orange or yellow)

1/3 cup shredded cabbage or cucumber

1/2 cup shredded roasted chicken


1/3 cup of chicken broth or water

2 tsp Madame Chu Ginger Garlic (Buy Now)

1 tsp light soy sauce or tamarind


1. Mix and heat the Ginger Garlic, soy sauce in a small pan with water or chicken broth.

2. Toss the cut-up vegetables, chicken, and cooked rice in a bowl.

3. Drizzle the Ginger Garlic dressing over the rice and enjoy this dish
